Subiekt GT, connected to the rest of your company.

Subiekt GT holds a piece of your business; the manual work lives in the gaps around it. We build the automations that close those gaps, against your existing account, with a person signing off on anything that matters.

What Subiekt GT is

Subiekt GT is InsERT's sales and warehouse program, long established in Polish shops, wholesalers and service firms. It issues invoices and receipts, keeps the list of goods with stock and prices and the customers' accounts, and hands documents on to the accounting program from the same family. It is a Windows program installed on the company's own computer or server, not a cloud service.

What an automation reads and writes there

  • Sales invoices and receipts
  • Goods with prices and stock levels
  • Warehouse documents
  • Customers and suppliers
  • Customer orders and open settlements

Work that gets built around Subiekt GT

  1. Quotes from Subiekt prices and stock

A customer asks for a price for a list of items. The draft quote is built from the price list and stock exported from Subiekt GT, so it does not offer goods you do not have. You approve it, it is sent, and a follow-up goes out three days later. Setup is $490, care $79 per month.

    Built as: Quote desk
  2. Shop descriptions from the goods list

Goods in Subiekt GT have a name, a symbol and a price, which is not enough for an online shop. From an export of new items, descriptions are drafted and translated into Polish, German and English. A person approves them before they go to the shop; Subiekt remains the source of prices and stock.

  3. Weekly sales and stock page

At the end of the week a sales and stock report is exported from Subiekt GT. The figures are combined with the bank balance and site analytics and written into one page: turnover, best and worst sellers, items running low, unpaid invoices. The owner reads it on Monday without opening the program.

Before you automate against it

Subiekt GT keeps its data in a database on your own machine, so an automation cannot reach it from the internet. The usual routes are files the program exports and imports, or InsERT's separately licensed programming add-on. Subiekt GT, Subiekt nexo and Subiekt 123 are different programs, so say which one you run.

The controls

  1. How we connect Through Subiekt GT's own interfaces - API where it exists, structured exports and the mailbox where it does not. Nothing installed inside your Subiekt GT account behind your back.
  2. What usually gets built Data leaving Subiekt GT into invoices, CRM records and reports; data arriving into Subiekt GT from orders, forms and mail - the retyping in both directions is the work that disappears.
  3. The controls A written spec, a full run record, an approval queue for consequential steps, and a signed proof afterwards. The same four controls every OAKMONT automation runs with.

Common questions

  1. Can Subiekt GT be connected to an online shop or a marketplace?Yes. Orders have to enter Subiekt as documents, and stock and prices have to travel the other way. Because the program runs on your computer, the link works through file exchange or through the vendor's programming add-on if you have it. OAKMONT builds it for your setup; it is not an off-the-shelf connector.
  2. Does the computer with Subiekt GT have to stay switched on?For anything that reads or writes live data, yes: the database is on that machine, and when it is off there is nothing to talk to. Work based on scheduled exports is more forgiving, because a file saved in the evening can be processed overnight. This is decided when the workflow is specified.
  3. Can OAKMONT automate Subiekt GT?Yes - Subiekt GT is on the creator's systems list, and automations are built against your existing account through its own interfaces. Describe the workflow and a person replies with a fixed quote.
  4. What does a Subiekt GT automation cost?Catalogue prices start at $490 for a single delivered workflow, with care from $79/month. The fixed price for your case is confirmed by a person in writing before any work starts.
  5. Is our Subiekt GT data safe?Every automation runs with a written spec and a full run record, consequential steps wait for human approval, and for work that must never leave your building there is the Private AI Box - the whole stack on your own hardware.
