Shoper, connected to the rest of your company.

Shoper holds a piece of your business; the manual work lives in the gaps around it. We build the automations that close those gaps, against your existing account, with a person signing off on anything that matters.

What Shoper is

Shoper is a Polish store platform sold as a subscription: the shop runs on Shoper's servers and the owner manages it from an admin panel, without looking after hosting. Small and mid-sized online stores run their whole sales front there. Products, prices, stock, orders, customers and the texts shoppers read all live in Shoper, and extra features come as apps from its app store.

What an automation reads and writes there

  • Products with descriptions, prices and variants
  • Stock levels
  • Orders and their statuses
  • Customers and their addresses
  • Categories and attributes

Work that gets built around Shoper

  1. Descriptions for newly added products

New products appear in Shoper with a name, a photo and little else. The automation reads them, drafts descriptions from the product data, and translates them into Polish, German and English where the store sells abroad. A person approves each text before it is written to the product. Setup is $490, care is $79 per month.

  2. From return request to return label

A customer writes that they want to send an order back. The automation finds the order in Shoper, classifies the request, decides it against your returns policy and answers with a return label. The order gets a note and a new status. Damaged goods, late returns and anything outside the policy wait for a person.

  3. Store sales on one page

Over the weekend the automation collects the week's orders from Shoper: turnover, number of orders, best and worst sellers, and products that ran out of stock. It sets them beside the bank balance and site analytics and writes one page for the owner. It reads only and changes nothing in the store.

Before you automate against it

Shoper is hosted, so there is no database and no server to log in to: everything goes through the store's API, with access granted from the admin panel, and through exports. If orders also pass through an order manager such as BaseLinker, decide which system owns the order status before anything is automated.

The controls

  1. How we connect Through Shoper's own interfaces - API where it exists, structured exports and the mailbox where it does not. Nothing installed inside your Shoper account behind your back.
  2. What usually gets built Data leaving Shoper into invoices, CRM records and reports; data arriving into Shoper from orders, forms and mail - the retyping in both directions is the work that disappears.
  3. The controls A written spec, a full run record, an approval queue for consequential steps, and a signed proof afterwards. The same four controls every OAKMONT automation runs with.

Common questions

  1. We run Shoper with BaseLinker. Which one should be automated? The one where the record is changed last. There, order statuses and shipments are usually handled in the order manager, while products, descriptions and prices are edited in the store. The spec names one owner for each kind of record, so the automation never writes the same field in two places and the systems do not overwrite each other.
  2. Can product descriptions be written into Shoper automatically? They can be drafted and saved automatically, but not published unseen. The descriptions are prepared from your product data, in the languages your store sells in, and a person approves them before anything goes live. This is built as Product content for stores: $490 for setup and $79 per month for care.
  3. Can OAKMONT automate Shoper?Yes - Shoper is on the creator's systems list, and automations are built against your existing account through its own interfaces. Describe the workflow and a person replies with a fixed quote.
  4. What does a Shoper automation cost?Catalogue prices start at $490 for a single delivered workflow, with care from $79/month. The fixed price for your case is confirmed by a person in writing before any work starts.
  5. Is our Shoper data safe?Every automation runs with a written spec and a full run record, consequential steps wait for human approval, and for work that must never leave your building there is the Private AI Box - the whole stack on your own hardware.
