Tpay, connected to the rest of your company.

Tpay holds a piece of your business; the manual work lives in the gaps around it. We build the automations that close those gaps, against your existing account, with a person signing off on anything that matters.

What Tpay is

Tpay is a Polish online payment operator. Online stores and service firms use it to collect bank transfers, BLIK and card payments, either through a plugin in the shop or by sending the customer a link to pay. In Tpay you find every transaction with its status and method, the refunds made to customers, and the payouts that carry the collected money to the company's bank account.

What an automation reads and writes there

  • Transactions with status, amount and payment channel
  • Refunds to customers
  • Payouts to the company bank account
  • Payment links created for a set amount
  • Notifications sent to the shop's address

Work that gets built around Tpay

  1. Accepted quote with a deposit link

A request comes in and becomes a draft quote from your price list. After your yes it goes out with a Tpay link for the deposit, and it follows up by itself three days later if nothing happens. When Tpay reports the deposit as paid, the job is marked confirmed. Setup is $490, care is $79 per month.

  2. Takings by payment method on Monday

Over the weekend the automation collects the week's Tpay transactions and groups them by payment method, so the owner sees how much came by transfer, BLIK and card, how much was refunded and what is still waiting for payout. It lands on the same page as the bank balance and site analytics.

  3. Reminder that can be paid at once

An invoice is overdue. The first polite reminder goes out in approved copy, with a Tpay link for the open amount, and later reminders become firmer. A paid link stops the sequence for that invoice. Disputed invoices are taken out of the sequence by a person, and every week you get the list of who owes what.

Before you automate against it

Tpay reports a payment by calling an address you give it, so anything that reacts to payments needs an address reachable from outside and must check the notification is authentic. Access keys are generated in the merchant panel. Run trials on a separate test account: a test on the live one moves real money.

The controls

  1. How we connect Through Tpay's own interfaces - API where it exists, structured exports and the mailbox where it does not. Nothing installed inside your Tpay account behind your back.
  2. What usually gets built Data leaving Tpay into invoices, CRM records and reports; data arriving into Tpay from orders, forms and mail - the retyping in both directions is the work that disappears.
  3. The controls A written spec, a full run record, an approval queue for consequential steps, and a signed proof afterwards. The same four controls every OAKMONT automation runs with.

Common questions

  1. Will an automation interfere with our shop's Tpay plugin? No. The plugin keeps taking payments and confirming them to the shop exactly as before. The automation works beside it: it reads transactions and payouts, and it writes only what the spec names, for example a refund after a person has approved it. Nothing is installed in your shop or your Tpay account without your knowledge.
  2. Can a Tpay payment link be created for each invoice?Yes. The link is created for one invoice and its exact amount, and the payment that comes back carries the invoice number, so it can be matched without anyone reading bank statements. If a customer pays the same invoice by ordinary transfer instead, the open link is no longer sent out in reminders.
  3. Can OAKMONT automate Tpay?Yes - Tpay is on the creator's systems list, and automations are built against your existing account through its own interfaces. Describe the workflow and a person replies with a fixed quote.
  4. What does a Tpay automation cost?Catalogue prices start at $490 for a single delivered workflow, with care from $79/month. The fixed price for your case is confirmed by a person in writing before any work starts.
  5. Is our Tpay data safe?Every automation runs with a written spec and a full run record, consequential steps wait for human approval, and for work that must never leave your building there is the Private AI Box - the whole stack on your own hardware.
